Andrew Gross

Principal Business Fixes & Turnarounds

Ever thought much about medieval knights? If you haven’t, they generally symbolise loyalty, chivalry, integrity, a willingness to defend or to help another party, courage, courtesy and honour, all wrapped up in the pursuit of a noble cause.

Well, that’s how Andrew operates.

Over the past 15 years Andrew has worked extensively in most aspects of business management and leadership principally as a “medieval knight”. He has designed, delivered and led programs domestically and internationally in leadership development, organisational change management and business improvement.

Andrew also has diverse experience as a process consultant and strategist working “in company” with key executives planning business improvements or dealing with major organisational issues and challenges.

Nowadays, he mainly operates on behalf of international clients as a program facilitator orchestrating leadership development.

Prior to consulting, Andrew spent over 10 years working in management roles in different industries, including manufacturing, retail, banking and financial services, farming, property management and development, tourism and leisure.

Andrew’s academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Melbourne, Australia; a Graduate Diploma from the Securities Institute of Australia; and from Monash University, Australia - a Graduate Diploma in Counseling Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Humanities and Social Sciences (Psychology) and a Bachelor of Science with Honours, majoring in Biochemistry. He also has a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from the Australian Academy of Hypnotic Science, and has trained to the level of master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

Andrew has trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and is also accredited in a whole raft of psychological and psychometric tools such as LSI and GSI, TMP, FIRO-B, Benchmarks, MBTI and Values Journey.

On the personal level, Andrew is a country boy at “heart” and has a very down to earth, engaging style.
